Debate

Feminism
The concept of feminism according to the Standford Encyclopedia of Philosofy is that "feminism" is a term of the nineteenth century to reffer the feminist ideologies or beliefs that are on favor of the feminist political movements, so basically "feminism" refers to the women's movement to achieve the equality of sexes.
Due to the different situations that women have had to go through, a debate has been created about feminism and whether it is okay or not. In this blog I will be sharing my point of view and the different evidences that I have and support my way of thinking.
In my opinion, I'm in favor of the women movements because in the old days we have seen that they have been treated in an inferior way and as if they were nothing, only as housewives and that they are not capable of doing things outside the family area.
Unfortunately, in recent years there have been too many femicides and the worst part is that the authorities have not managed to end this, that is why women demonstrate with marches wanting this to finally end so they can live quietly without worrying about being harassed in their work and in the streets. According to the ONU it is estimated that of the 87,000 women who were murdered globally in 2017, more than half were killed by their partners or family members. Which means that 137 women around the world are murdered every day by a member of their family. So, how do people want women to act? If there are more and more femicides and there is nothing to prevent this.
In order of all the injustices against women, campaigns that support gender equity have been created such as: A campaign by UN Women in Dubai, Lane Bryant’s campaign #ImNoAngel, Under Armor campaign I Will What I Want, andf a lot more.
Finally, I can end this blog telling, that women do not seek to compete with men to see who is the best, women seek justice, so in this way they can be treated with equality as a result of this; women can live in peace and don't worry about this problem.
Thanks for your attention.
