Ethics

Ethics also know as moral philosophy, is a discipline of moral principles, that mostly dominate the person’s behavior or their conduct and study whats is morally right or wrong. This term is applied to any system of moral values.

I think that Ethics is important for our life, because thanks to that, people know how to behave and interact with respect, also is what talks about us for example, when you are in work or in any other area, people will recognize you because their first impression of how you treated them, when you meet someone new you always stand out for your attitudes and for the values that your parents taught you, if you show that to other people they will have a good concept of you and they will keep talking to you.

So with that, Why ethics is so important in work? Our actions not only affects us, we can affect the people with we work. Our profesional decisions mostly involve ethics. Ethical behavior is very important because not only affect us in our workplace it also affect us in our private life, if we lie we can lose someone important for us.

In workplaces, they have their own professional business codes of ethics. In fact, 90% of Fortune 500 companies and nearly half of all corporations have codes of ethics that can be applied to all employees. The benefits of having this codes in their own companies is that employees know what they cannot do, and the public is willing to have their professional associations create and enforce their code of ethic.

In conclusion, we cannot live without our values and morality, because they are part of being human.
